Return & Refund Policy
All hats are made-to-order via Printful and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to wrong size, color, or style. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [your-email@example.com] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will promptly arrange either a full refund (including shipping) or a replacement at no extra cost. For issues with delivery—such as lost or undelivered packages—please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can coordinate a reship or refund with Printful on your behalf.
